We acknowledge the potential disruptions that COVID-19 may have for your event and understand why there may be hesitancy to lock in suppliers for your day. We’re all working toward a common goal – to celebrate a very special event, even if that day takes place a little later than initially planned.

HOW DO I SECURE MY EVENT DATE WITH PIXEL PERFECT IMAGES?

Due to the high volume of enquiries we receive, we cannot hold your date without a deposit as this payment secures your chosen date for the event.

In no circumstance will the booking fee/deposit be refunded. The booking fee covers all Pixel Perfect Images administrative costs.

WHAT HAPPENS IF WE GO INTO LOCKDOWN ON EVENT DAY?

Pixel Perfect Images will reschedule to your new date completely free of charge.

ARE THERE ANY FEES INVOLVED IF I HAD TO POSTPONE MY EVENT DUE TO A COVID-19?

We offer no rescheduling fees for event postponements due to a COVID-19 lockdown in Victoria (including rules in place for dance floors and density limits).

WHAT IF WE WANT TO RE-BOOK FOR A NEW DATE AND YOU’RE NOT AVALAIBLE?

If you decide to reschedule your day to a date I am already booked for, you will forfeit your non- refundable booking fee for your existing date.

However the deposit can be used for a new event within 24 months of the original booking date.

I WANT TO CANCEL MY EVENT DUE TO COVID LOCKDOWN.

If you cancel our services altogether and do not elect to reschedule your event to another date, you will forfeit your deposit.
